So another year has come and gone and the BET AWARDS '09 was more then unacceptable. Granted Jamie Foxx did put on a beautiful show with his vocals and comical personality; the order of events, the performances, and eloquence of the show has took a head first dive in to the dish disposal. Who the fuck is to blame for the hideous costumes, not outfits, but costumes that were worn tonight?

Beyonce sang Ave Maria- who granted her this? it sounded as if she were struggling to keep oxygen in her lungs while singing this out. Her most popular hits were unknown to the audience tonight. THANK GOD, i did not go to the awards; i would have been infuriated unless of course i had a few drinks [then we'd be all good ;]
The acoustics of this place were either god-awful or the vocals of the many performers was just piss poor. They all have exceptional talent, however we the people did not see this tonight.
Keyshia Cole and Monica, fine ass females beautiful beautiful beautiful. Vocals tonight were off, song was not tortured but it was not sung to its fullest.
Alica Keys, Wyclef, etc. were phenomenal. I am happy to see Mrs.Keys, my future wife with another award.
I think the MJ death threw everyone off and BET tried to compensate for it by incorporating new fundamentals into this year's show. The sequencing, the poor censorship of obscene words, unpreparedness (yes i know that is not a word) and poor compilation of half-hearted acts seem to plague this years event. BET please get it together. I wouldn't call this year's show genuine matter fact i feel this year's show was very unprofessional. I could have organized this better.

Taraji, NeYo,Maxwell, and many others were flawless tonight but we did have problems,many.
this event i must say shall be blamed on the al- al- alcohol.
the show was authentic tonight, to say the least.
